About Counselling
Counselling is a type of talking therapy where a trained and professional therapist provides a confidential, safe, non-judgemental space for individuals or couples to discuss their problems, feelings, thoughts and behaviours in order to gain clarity and find their own solutions to the difficulties they have in their life.
While the counsellor won't give you advice, they will listen, support and use various tools and techniques to help you to understand yourself, your situation and to cope better.
Marion works with individuals (aged 12yrs and upwards), adults and couples.
